ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Caleb Christopher's background in cybersecurity and risk management was the lens through which he interpreted his first creative deal. "There's got to be a better way," was his main takeaway from that deal. Finding no support, he committed to figuring out the best way to do everything related to creative finance real estate transactions.
He founded Creative TC in 2022 to help investors do deals the right deals, better, and ethically.
