Note: This is a done-with-you consulting service. You should always have your own attorney review documents before you use them.

What's the turnaround time for a promissory note and mortgage or deed of trust?

We deliver your documents within 1 business day, and in most cases, the same day you provide your information and complete the consultation.

How is this different from buying or downloading templates online?

Unlike generic templates, our service includes a personal consultation where we work directly with you to customize the documents to your specific lending situation.

Can Creative TC help record the lien / mortgage / deed of trust?

Yes, we can record your deed of trust or mortgage or mortgage in most states and counties across the country. And for those locations we can't our partners can assist or we can likely do a mail-in recording.

Note: Recording is a separate service and fee. A typical Lending Writeup Consult service delivers documents to a closing, where there's already a title company or attorney prepared to record documents on the public record.

What if my borrower or lender has questions about the loan documents?

We're here to make sure the documents suit your needs. The Lending Writeup Consult includes Q&A and collaborative editing as needed.

What information do I need to provide?

You'll need to provide borrower and lender information, loan terms (amount, interest rate, term length, etc.), property details (if it's a secured loan), and any special conditions of your agreement. Don't worry if you're unsure about some details—that's what Creative TC is here for.

Can you make revisions to the documents?

Yes, after we provide the initial documents, you'll have the opportunity to review them and request revisions before using them.

Have your documents been reviewed by an attorney?

Yes, our lending templates have been through several rounds of attorney review. Even though that's true, it's important to understand that you should also have any document reviewed by your own attorney prior to use.
